construction and color
The devices are mounted on the sheet steel control cabinet. The plate sheet is coated with phosphate chemical and the sheet surface is corrosion resistant. An extremely durable paint finish is applied to the control panel cabinet using polyester compound powder paint and baking. Thanks to the latched and hinged control panel cover, the devices are easy to reach.
Assembly
The control panel is fixed to the generator set chassis with steel feet.
The panel is located on the right side of the generator set (when the set is fished from the alternator).
generator control unit
The DSE 6120 control module performs automatic starting and stopping of generator sets with gas and diesel engines. The module is used to monitor and display frequency, voltage, current, engine oil pressure, coolant temperature, running hours and battery voltage of the generator on the LCD screen.
In addition, the module monitors the grid voltage and frequency and controls the emergency generator and the power transmission system connected to it. If an error occurs in the generator, the generator will be automatically stopped and the corresponding error will be displayed on the LCD screen on the front of the module.
